I'm Margo—Content, Brand, and Comms Specialist at PawChamp. We are, indeed, a doggo-crazy, passionate team 🐾 striving to make the lives of dog owners and their furry friends better every day.
🐶 At the start of the year, I got a shepherd pup, Bianca, right as I joined PawChamp, when the app was barely a month old. I tested every flow on real walks and living‑room training sessions, so the product truly grew alongside my dog.

AI responses are built on the verified materials provided by certified trainers, and they don't contain any contradictory advice that could mismatch our methods and training approaches.

@vitaliia_hrebnieva sometimes human experts can give better answers since they may ask additional questions and also users can send them photo and video. it allows provide more in-depth response - but takes some time to analize and prepare. but pawchie's advantage is speed and instant replies.
I do not remember cases when pawchie was giving contracdictint responses that were opposing positive reinforcement training methods. Sometimes they may differ - but treat that difference as options to choose within the same methodology.
Very cool! My rescue beagle had anxiety when I adopted her. Would love to see if your 21-day shelter dog program works for dogs like mine. Do you plan to gather data on outcomes?

1) notice crashes, glitches, and bugs sooner and fix them
2) collect and analize user's actions in the app - so we can understand what users like and make data-driven decisions on what to improve next! It includes also collecting information on users' progress, their likes and dislikes, completion rates. All data is safe and securely stored in accordance with privacy requirements as set in Privacy policy.
