@jannik_jung based on the user feedback here this definitely should be prioritized in our backlog! we have animal behaviourist aboard who work with both - dogs and cats. Just did not have capacity to deliver something cool for cat parents.

Actually, PawChamp app provides 2 ways for our users to receive piece of advice and training tips via chats.

Option 1 - Pawchie AI (a chat model trained on our learning materials and content that was validated by real certified dog trainers. This chat is mainly used to receive quick training tips)

Option 2 - Ask Dog Expert (a chat with real dog experts, which takes a bit more time to reply (3-10 minutes depending on the initial request). Here users can talk to a real expert and discuss the ways to resolve all possible training scenarios and behavior corrections).

So, a human touch is always there for all kinds of complicated training and behavior issues.

Answering your second question, I can say that we always follow law, local and breed pecularities and deliver content applicable for everyone.

E.g. we don’t recommnend giving any medications without prescription (even though it’s possible in some countries to buy them) and suggest reaching out for vet help. Also, if it‘s the lesson about right ammunition, we offer 2 types of units of measurement ( ft/metres). For different dog breeds and ages, we recommend different ways for mental and physical activities so all the dogs are safe 🙌🏼

@chrishicken we try to predict our user base growth and daily usage paterts to scale the experts team accordingly and have sufficient experts capacity during day shifts.

@chrishicken we try to predict the demand for expers during the day and for the future marketing scale. We are thinking about adding more breed specific content for the most popular breeds. but for now this high customization os covered by Pawchie chats.

Btw, we have dog body language guidance and descriptions with meaning of different types of barking😅 On the other hand, be sure, dogs already can read your emotions, face expressions, gestures and maybe even read your thoughts 😄
