The Peel Wireless Charger was engineered to be visually simple and incredibly thin. It charges both iPhone and Android devices at their fastest wireless charging speeds (7.5w and 10w). The extra long cable can reach your outlet from a distance (wall plug not included). It's available in black or white for $49.

So tempted by it, but why leather? It's awful to try to clean even before we touch on the animal side of it etc.
@pjrvs@marshal Good to know, though you really should make this clear on the product page. Partly for those of us who don't want real leather, and partly because those who do, are being misled right now.

First I though it was DOA. As it didn't charge my iPhone X, Airpods and Apple Watch. There is no status light feedback so difficult to tell. After trying again the next day, my iPhone charged, but the charging stopt after about 10 minutes or less. After this it wouldn't charge anymore. I've used a 12W Apple power plug with it. When connecting the charger to my MacBook Pro, I got an error message that the USB accessory was using to much power...
Gave up on it and am requesting a return and refund. Wonder about their QA process...
Pros:
Looks nice
Cons:
Doesn't work

purchased 3 of these around december 2018 to stash in the kitchen and bedroom. in short, none of them work if you want to charge an iphone X. tried one iphone X with a thick case and it wont charge that phone at all. also tried my phone using a “super thin peel case” and it charges for about 5-10 minutes and then stops.
tech support told me i was using the wrong wall adapter (which doesn’t come with the product) but that never solved the problem.
finally, peel’s marketing communications strategy is based on personal letters from the CEO to customers. when i replied to one of the CEO emails explaining my issues i got a snotty reply from a guy in tech support saying that the CEO is too busy to deal with these low level customer service issues.
bummer.
This looks great. I have a pretty nice bedside charger that has wireless for my watch, but it still requires a true plugin for my iPhone. Will this charge both?
@kofski05 Hey Will, that's a banner shown on every product page of ours. Peel (our brand) has been featured on all of those publications. For example, here's one of the Forbes articles: https://www.forbes.com/forbes/we...

@kofski05@marshal noticed this too. It would be nice to have links for each featured logo. Because it looks shady when you can't click on them.
If I have a battery case on my phone, how does that affect my experience? Example, iPhone 7 plus most recent Alpatronix case. Specifically, what would charge and what would not charge, plus would I need to remove the case for the phone to charge.
