I've been reading this book for a few weeks now and I have to say it's amazing. It changed completely our way of seeing and doing @customerlyio. Thanks, Wes for your great work here.
@customerlyio@wes_bush First of all we knew we had to fire our customers that do not experience the juice of Customerly.
Then we started creating everything from scratch with one single goal in mind: bring as fast and easy as possible the user to the Aha moment.
We are 6 months in rebuilding entirely our product suite and will launch soon here on PH.
