I've been a Productlane user since day one and have seen firsthand how the product has matured. It has become a 10x tool for user/feedback driven development for any team and I can't imagine building a product without it.
It is also very clear that the Productlane team, and Raphael in particular, take their user-centric approach to heart. I have rarely seen anyone as committed to their users as Raphael and the whole team. Any feedback you give them will be considered.

This product looks amazing to help small teams pick right pain points and truly become customer centric, often it becomes difficult to validate the importance or priority of a feature and mostly the feedback is scattered across multiple channels, productlane looks like a promising solution.
