Hey Guys, been following Recall since the early days and it is great to see things consistently improve. Been eagerly waiting for storing full content and chat. Augmented Browsing sounds cool, i need to dig in. I like the concept of my PKM working for me, not just sitting idle. Congrats to @paul_richards1 and the team!

Paul Richards

@kate_ramakaieva Thanks so much Kate - really appreciate you kind words. Make all the work we put in feed worth it.

Great to see Recall here! It's legit a huge unlock for AI to access everything on my devices... as more models launch, it's going to be context that takes AI to the next level

Sankari Nair

@varun_jain12 thank you so much! And would just emphasize that Augmented Browsing is local first - nothing leaves your device!

Paul Richards

@varun_jain12 Thanks Varun - very true

What's impressive is how you solved the privacy concern with local processing. I love the message of "nothing leaves your device while you browse". Congratulations to the team!

Paul Richards

@tomcao2012 Thank you Tom!

Looks really cool @paul_richards1 ! Personally, I'm excited to use this like a Pocket on steroids. Allowing me to save, rediscover, understand, and analyze things from my past is amazing since it's managing my consumption in realtime. Will try it out extensively and give more feedback.

Paul Richards

@_swagmania_ Thank you Swagam. Excited to hear your feedback

More often than desired I keep getting stuck on "where did I see this before" or even "I read something about this the other day, not sure where" - Recall definitely hits the jackpot on this one.

On personal development, this can actually be a game changer - from showing me related topics from my KB but also allowing me to ask questions and save content to catch-up later on. Would love to check insights on productivity after using recall and also future integrations with other products.

Well done.

Sankari Nair

@neves_tiago Thank you so much for sharing Tiago, hope you enjoy it! And for sure, more integrations to come.

Paul Richards

@neves_tiago Thank you Tiago

Atmos

Hi Paul!

We had an email convo 2 weeks ago because I canceled my subscription to try Kortex instead. Good news: I'm back with Recall - simply because Kortex isn't ready yet and couldn't handle my big library. Normally I'm all about features > speed, but you can't use a product in daily life that is unusably slow and unresponsive...

I like what you have done! Now please give us a Readwise integration and the possibility to chat with all the content and not just the one open (and I know that this will be hard because of the context window)

Thanks!

Paul Richards

@atmos_ That is great news Atmos. Its makes me happy to hear that you switched back. We have chat with knowledge base coming soon (in the coming weeks). The context window is not an issue as we create embeddings for all content that you add.

The readwise integration is a bit further down on our roadmap. How would you want it to work? everything that you save to readwise gets synced into Recall? Or would you want it to go the other way too?

Atmos

@paul_richards1 sorry for replying so late - don't check my PH often. For the Readwise integration: of course a 2-way sync would be great, because this way Recall could really become the unified AI KB I want.

Basically I use Readwise as my hub - so having all my Kindle highlights synced via Readwise into Recall would be the goal. This way I have my bookmarks, research AND my books in ONE Knowledge-Base - which would make any AI integration much more useful. Currently I have to use Reflect for notes (+Readwise/Kindle sync) and Recall for bookmarks and summaries. I call it my "3R" system ;) Each of the R's can do something the others can't - so why not go down to 2R and then only 1R 😅
