So happy about the improvements to Recall. The UI is a big big upgrade. Congrats to the Recall team, excited to play with Augmented Browsing. Does it work on all websites?

Paul Richards

@hewmax Thanks Max. Really glad to hear you like the new UI. Yip it works on all websites.

Cam Walker

This is going to be incredibly helpful with research, great work!

Paul Richards

@cam_walker Thanks Cam.

Josh H

Seems like a very good idea, very helpful for sure. Congrats on the launch!

Paul Richards

@joshh_founder Thank you Josh!

Anton Osipov

Congrats on the launch! Recall is a really interesting product.

To be honest, my first reaction was not fully understanding its usefulness, but the more I explored it, the more I saw how powerful it can be.

I imagine I'm not the only one with that initial hesitation. Right now, your communication focuses on how to use specific features, but not quite why people should use the product.

It would be great to see a few real-world examples: a student researching a new field, or an analyst diving into a topic. A few interactive prototypes could go a long way in making that value immediately clear.

You've built something truly unique, and I hope many people find ways to make it part of their workflow!

Paul Richards

@anton_osipov Thanks for this thoughtful comment Anton. We will definitely be putting better usecase examples on our website in the coming weeks. The feature was just released so we haven't had time yet to focus on that. Thanks again. Would love to hear your feedback after you have tried it out for a bit.

Charvi Bothra

I love how you've integrated this feature in browsing!

Paul Richards

@charvibothra Thanks Charvi

Marina

Congrats Paul & the Recall team on the launch! Being able to chat with your saved content and get quick answers is super useful too—feels like having a personal research assistant!

Quick question: Does Augmented Browsing work well with things like PDFs or blogs? And can we choose what gets highlighted?

Paul Richards

@marin_artisk Thank you Marina. Yes it works on blogs and PDFs. And the highlights connections happen automatically but you can also add your own manually or remove the automatically created ones.

Jedidja van der Walt

Love this concept, just not willing to pay more for it than I do for Spotify 🙃

Paul Richards

@jedidjavdwalt Fair enough. Thanks for the comment!

Tanmay Dhote

Congratulations on the launch! Looks really amazing. Couple of questions -

1) How does recall create these knowledge graphs?
2) What are the top use cases/ user segments who are using the product?

All the best!

Paul Richards

@tanmay_d Thanks Tanmay.
1. We form connections in the content that you save based on the entities that are mentioned. For example, if two pieces of content both mention the same person, topic, company, etc a connection is formed through that entity.
2. Researchers, students and just people who consume a lot of online content (youtube videos, online courses, etc.)

Augmented Browsing helps you rediscover related content, turning your time online into something more engaging.
