@catherine_chin Thank you Catherine.
Hi,
Are you planning to create an extension for Safari?
Regards
Recall
@anon_anon10 We have it on our roadmap - do please give the feature request an upvote and you will get an email when we launch it! https://feedback.getrecall.ai/feature-requests/p/safari-extension
Congrats on the launch! The promo looks absolutely great. I'd love to try Recall to understand it better - but even at first glance, it already seems to be a really useful tool.

@tetiana_kalyn thank you! Do play around and let us know what you think.
I was so excited by this app that I nearly bought a subscription within 10 minutes of fiddling around, something I never do. But then I decided to test the import of my existing bookmarks (Raindrop HTML in to Chrome) and the app crashed both times I tried. As soon as I ticked the box next to a bookmark, it froze. Using Chrome on Chrome OS.
It now seems to be working with one bookmark at a time although the UI freezes and is slow to respond to clicks. No one imports anything into these apps?
Recall
@rickreviewseverything Oh no! So sorry for the delay on this one, we took a short break after the launch. We will get this fixed for you asap - you should be able to import up to 200 at a time. Please email me at support@getrecall.ai so I can dig in.
I have one question:
What happens to our data if we stop subscribing to recall.ai?
In your FAQ, you indicate that "in the unlikely and unfortunate event that Recall does not succeed, we will guarantee that users have ample time to export their data so it can be transferred to another application. Additionally, we would open-source the project, enabling users to host Recall on their own."
However, that does not cover the situation where one decides to no longer subscribe to it.
Does that mean that the only option is to export everything in markdown and we lose all the tags and the features of Recall.ai?
Recall
@gabriel_gervais1 Hello! We can make that clearer - you will always have access to you Recall account (even if you are no longer a premium user) you Recall account will always remain with the features you experience today in place.
@sankari_nair Thank you for your reply. Just to be completely sure: "you Recall account will always remain with the features you experience today in place." Does that include access to all the cards that a subscriber created before cancelling a subscription?
On a unrelated point, I am really excited by your product and want to subscribe but while testing it, and for some odd reasons, there is no Recall.ai on the Share sheet for some app (like Flipboard, for instance), nor on the list that appears after tapping on More... to see all the apps that can be added to the Share sheet list. I have an iPhone 13 Pro running the latest iOS (18.4). Are you planning to make Recall.ai accessible via the Share sheets of more apps that provide info/knowledge such as Flipboard, Pocket and Instapaper?
Congratulations on the launch of Augmented Browsing! How do you ensure the relevance of the related content surfaced from the Recall knowledgebase, particularly for diverse user interests and browsing habits?
Congrats on the launch, looks like this is a freemium idea. Here's your free idea report:
