We built Runa because users shouldn't need a manual to use your product š
Hey Product Hunt community! š
I want to share the real story behind why we built Runa because it comes from a frustration I kept seeing over and over again. š¤
The problem we couldn't ignore: Every week, SaaS founders spend thousands on great products beautiful UI, powerful features, solid engineering. But users still churn. Still flood support inboxes. Still drop off during onboarding. š
Why? Because the gap between "I want to do X" and "I know how to do X in this product" is enormous. š§ š»
The moment it clicked for us š” We watched users open Google just to search "how to do [basic thing] in [product they're already inside]." That's when we knew the interface itself is the problem.
So we built Runa. ā” Runa is AI infrastructure that plugs directly into your product and lets users control it through natural language. Your users don't navigate anymore they just talk to your product and it executes actions for them in real time.
ā Less churn š ā Less support load š« ā Faster onboarding š ā Happier users š
We'd love to hear from you š What's the biggest drop-off or friction point you've seen in your own product or products you use? Drop it in the comments we read every single one! š
