I really like the user experience of the signup form; however, it's not clear what the insurance covers. For example, there is an "extreme sports" add-on that mentions it includes "motorbiking." Does this mean I need to add this option if I'm going to Southeast Asia, where I have to use a motorbike for transportation? Or is motorbiking not considered an extreme sport in this context because it's used for transportation?

Only if you are driving a scooter/motorbike larger than 50cc, you will need the Adventure Sports Add-on​. Just be sure to wear proper safety gear. Also, you must be properly licensed for the class of vehicle you're driving. Please check with local authorities for requirements. I came across SafetyWing's latest update while scrolling through ads and gotta say, although improving the claims process is cool, Travelers like WorldNomads and Allianz already offer quicker and smoother experiences, adding adventure sports and electronics theft is a nice touch but it's already covered by most similar insurances, while I appreciate the effort, I hope they can truly stand out this time round

Hey Sondre I get that you improved the claims process but 84% faster still sounds vague to me plus I'm worried about hidden costs with those optional add-ons if the paperwork is easier like you say then why not give us clearer info on the fees upfront, just trying to plan my next adventure without surprises

A 84% faster turnaround time means that we have gone from a processing time of around 30 days to around 5 days. Regarding the add-ons, there are no hidden fees. You can check the price with or without the add-ons of your liking by using the link below: https://safetywing.com/nomad-ins... Regarding the paperwork, what we are referring to is the claims process. Before, the form that was used for our members to file their claims was long and sometimes even confusing. Now, this is not the case, as the questions asked in the new integrated claim form are very straightforward, and the UI clear and simple.
