Wow, I love this. Most folks don't realize ADHD is a performance impairment, and with these actionable coaching tools you provide it's no surprise your efficacy is 83%. And the intersession engagement and insights is so important as most progress from therapy / coaching, especially with ADHD, happens not in sessions but between them. I have an adjacent product for ADHD myself, but I'm first and foremost someone who's had ADHD since I was a kid, and seeing such a great, well thought out product like Shimmer makes me so deeply happy thinking of how many people with ADHD it will help. Excellent, excellent work!

Looks great! Do you need an ADHD diagnosis to get started? Is it possible to get started while on the waitlist/in-between appointments for a formal diagnosis?

@jaron_soh1 No diagnosis needed. Especially because we know how hard it can be to get a formal diagnosis.

@jaron_soh1 No, you do not need a diagnosis to start! Coaching is actually for anyone who identifies with ADHD-like symptoms since the methodology addresses executive function impairments. We often have folks who don't have formal diagnoses who come in!
