Congrats on the launch. That symbol needs to look more like a strawberry😃

Downloaded it and let's see what it folds.

Sebastian Thunman

@shahza1bmushtaq got it 🫡

Let us know what you think when you've gotten a feel for it :)

Cindy Leo

Strawberry isn't just sweet by name — it's the freshest pick of the bunch when it comes to AI browsers. Fast, juicy with features, and refreshingly smart. 🍓 Surf smarter, not harder!

Benjamin Åstrand

@cindy_leo Couldn't have said it better myself Cindy!! What is you favorite feature? Join our discord to see how others are using the app https://discord.gg/hjnBjWnb

Sebastian Thunman

@cindy_leo Cindy, you're a poet 🍓😍

Jason Dainter

This is neat. Is it chromium based?

Benjamin Åstrand

@jasondainter Glad you like it! yes strawberry is built on chromium

Sebastian Thunman

@jasondainter yes sir! Try it out and let us know what you think! (extension support coming soon)

Vibor Cipan

Been following these guys for a quite some time now - from their early days and Dendrite agent and all the way to this. This team is on fire and they are building something practical, easy to understand and easy to use.

Honestly super proud to know some of them and excited to see where they take this forward. Strawberry rocks! Good luck guys and keep building!

Sebastian Thunman

@vibor_cipan wow thanks a lot for the kind words Vibor! We really appreciate your support on our journey 🥺

Arian Hanifi

@vibor_cipan Hey! Love what you're building with zencoder. It's been a long and rocky road but now we think we've found something really special. Happy to have your support.

Rafael Caveda
Im gonna be honest, I always dream with have a browser like this, well deserved ❤️
Benjamin Åstrand

@rafalee Hahah today your dream comes true! Hope you will love it

Arian Hanifi

@rafalee Thank you man. Do you have any special features in mind that we haven't implemented yet?

Sebastian Thunman

@rafalee wow I love to hear that! What are you most excited about? Feel free to drop any feedback, good or bad, here in the comments!

Daniel

Congrats on the launch! Well done

Sebastian Thunman

@dan16 thanks, we're really excited! No. 1 goal is to gather feedback so please let us know what you think, if you decide to try it out 😊

Sayyid Ali

Quick Question:

Can I change the search engine?

Sebastian Thunman

@sayyidalijufri that's on our backlog, which search engine would you switch to?

Arian Hanifi

@sayyidalijufri  @sebastian_thunman Do you think the modern search engines such as perplexity in the search bar would be something you'd use?

Sayyid Ali

@coffecup25 Yes maybe

Sayyid Ali

@sebastian_thunman DuckDuckGo or AI search engine

Sebastian Thunman

@sayyidalijufri got it, we'll make sure to add those to the list when we get there!

Sayyid Ali

@sebastian_thunman waiting...

Sherveen Mashayekhi

Just walked through the tutorial, super interesting!

Right now, I can't imagine migrating unless it had o3-level intelligence for both planning and chat-based reasoning activities. How do you imagine a power user path for those who want to bring more SOTA models into the equation?

Sebastian Thunman

@sherveen thanks for the question, it makes a lot of sense! Our goal is to always put the best possible AI capabilities into your workflows, and that includes reasoning models. We feel that it's important that it's done in a thoughtful way that makes sense and actually provides value. What type of use cases and workflows do you think reasoning models would be most helpful to you in the browser?

Sherveen Mashayekhi

@sebastian_thunman Hm, I'd answer this in the opposite: because I currently use o3, 2.5 Pro, o1 pro, and 4o as my model council, I can't imagine not having the most intelligent models as part of my workflow.

I'd assume that it'd most help in planning or in reasoning with data – planning in deciding how to execute a request, reasoning in evaluating (ex. 'interpret the data you retrieved in XYZ way').

Sebastian Thunman

@sherveen interesting! Are you fine with the speed tradeoff? For example, if you're just asking your AI companion to fetch an invoice from your email inbox, I'm guessing you would be fine with a faster model but dumber model? Maybe it could be helpful to have a "reasoning mode" toggle?

Sherveen Mashayekhi

@sebastian_thunman 100%, I think that'd be exactly the right solve.

Johanna Ydergård

This is a where-have-you-been-all-my-life product for me. Absolutely love the vision, long since I really looked forward to try a new product like this!

I was trying to make it do research and update a google doc for me but that doesn't seem to be working. I connected to Google sheets and it initially looks like I gave it access to write, but then it says connection failed (I lost the email to send product feedback to!)

Sebastian Thunman

@johanna_ydergard thank you for your feedback Johanna! Love that you are so excited about Strawberry. We are having some stability issues in the backend related to integrations, we will hopefully have everything in a good place in a few days. Looping in @benjamin_astrand to comment!

Benjamin Åstrand

@johanna_ydergard Hi Johanna, love the excitement! Thanks for letting us know about the issue! We are heads down trying to solve this google integration issue, and hoping to be able to fix this during the day. We are also planning to build out these integrations a lot in the near future and adding support for more apps. What integrations would you love to see in strawberry and what do you want to use them for?

Johanna Ydergård

@benjamin_astrand Hey, thanks for answering! I mostly want to integrate to Gsuite and if possible Linkedin sales navigator.

One of the use cases I have in mind: I want to use this to enrich our ABM lists (account based marketing). So basically, historically we have listed like 500 companies that are our target accounts and based that on available data like employee size and industry when we chose which ones to target. But actually, our product (Detectify) like many other products, fit better for companies with a certain tech stack and a large internet-facing attack surface. So I want Lovable to research the tech stack of the 500 companies and populate a google sheet for me. Also research all people on Linkedin related to that company that has "Application security" in their role name. And preferably also map their attack sufrace size based on some public tooling. I managed to get it to do the first two steps, but for just a few sample companies, and it didn't populate the sheet (yet, will try again). So it's like making enterprise marketing super mega targeted - such a huge opportunity scaling something unscalable. Tried to use n8n and Vectorshift to solve it but that just does not work.

Johanna Ydergård

@benjamin_astrand Also says Invite link to discord is invalid or has expried - would love to join there though

Jacob Lee

Congrats on the launch guys! I was an early beta user and am excited to give this another shot!

Team is cracked

Sebastian Thunman

@jacoblee93 thanks Jacob! Can't wait to hear your thoughts, a lot of upgrades have been made in the last couple of weeks!

Charles Maddock

@jacoblee93 Thanks for the kind words Jacob – your initial Notion feedback from waaay back is all implemented now :)
