I just launched and I'm already planning what to build next. Right now SubLingo lets you watch Netflix, YouTube, Ted, Coursera with dual subtitles, hover-translate words, save vocabulary, and practice with smart flashcards.
Some ideas I'm considering:
Recall mode - rewatch a clip with subtitles hidden, then test yourself
More streaming platforms (Disney+, Prime Video, etc.)

How it works: See original + translated subtitles simultaneously. Hover any word for instant translation, pronunciation, and definition. Save words to build vocabulary with spaced-repetition flashcards.
