Congrats on the launch!! What's the new feature compare with 1.0? and is there a free plan for Swit 2.0? or trial period?
@jungwon_cha With Swit 2.0 we offer single function plans (so you can choose just Swit Channels or Swit Projects, or use both together in Swit Hub), new pricing plans (our Startup plans start at <$1/user/month!) and 17 new languages, just to name a few of our updates. You can configure Swit to your organization's specific needs and significantly save on total costs! We also offer a Free plan and a free trial if you want to try out paid plans. You can learn more on our pricing page: https://swit.io/pricing
@jungwon_cha And I would like to add a few more informations! Swit provides you with two additional plug-ins for Approvals and Goals. The Swit Approvals plug-in lets you submit requests for time off, purchases, emergencies, and other items so managers can directly access your approval requests within your organization. Additionally, the Swit Goals plug-in manages your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), letting you track your goals and align them with others as you work on company initiatives, which enhances Swit’s capability as a project and task management tool. I hope this helps!
Just had to drop in and share my journey with Swit. Two years ago, I came from just using MS Teams and Outlook, Swit has been a game-changer. It's intuitive, and user-friendly, and has made organizing tasks a breeze. 🌬️
My favorite part? The seamless transition into the project management world. Swit truly caters to all levels, making collaboration feel like a walk in the park, even for beginners like me. A tool a marketer, like me, needs for managing my workflow.
Kudos to the Swit team for actually changing my life by creating such an accessible and powerful tool. You've saved me so much time and can't thank you enough! 🥹
@sydneychan I agree about how much of a time-saver Swit is. I had used Slack before and had some working knowledge of Trello. I used to describe Swit as a combination of Slack and Trello but to say that is doing a disservice to Swit because it's so much more than just a combined Task management and communication platform.
@sydneychan Well said! I worked at a company who used Slack and Trello, and converting to Swit was so easy to do. I enjoy being able to use all my work essentials in one place without needing to switch between apps. Here's a comparison of Swit vs Slack: https://swit.io/blog/detail/en/s...
@sydneychan Exactly, I love how Swit removes silos across different functions, company-wide. Our dev and marketing teams being all under one Swit organization makes cross-functional alignment so easy!💯

I’m so impressed that it has all that I need to work with my team. I don’t usually use many tools and functions, especially in my field of work(Non-tech) but I've got to know the 'efficiency of work' that I didn't know until I got to know Swit.
It would be great to see more sized teams and companies come to know Swit!!
@narendra_solanki Thank you! We offer a 30-day free trial if you're interested! Just let us know :)

I've gotten many recommendations to adopt Swit.
I know Swit has Chat and Task management features at a competitive price.
Are there any other features?
@jennyk Hi Jen! We recommend you try our Google Workspace and Microsoft365 integrations as well! Drag and drop emails, cloud drive files, and calendar invites directly into Channels to streamline your workflow!
@kate_ramakaieva Yeah. The number one pain point that modern teams grapple with is all about disconnected systems creating data silos, information breakage, toxic culture, and cost inefficiency. So try it out and good luck for your launching!
How does it collaborate with the system used by our company?
And will security of the company's confidential or personal information be guaranteed in the process of linking?
@johnnykim If you are currently using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Swit integrates seamlessly with your existing tools so that you can bring everything together in Swit. You can drag and drop emails, files, and calendar invites from the Right Panel directly into Channels to share them with your colleagues. You can learn more about our security certifications on our pricing page as well: https://swit.io/pricing
In work collaboration tools, task management is an essential part of the core workflow of any organizations or teams. Swit has enhanced these task management features and stands out from the crowd. With Swit, I can efficiently communicate and share progress with my team, and it helps me manage tasks and meet deadlines.
I'm a product designer at Swit, and with the release of our big update to Swit 2.0, we've introduced a number of new features and improvements that make task management easier and more efficient. Users can now create documents, collect and manage materials within a task, and the collaboration process is seamless.
One of the best features is the support for multitasking between channels and projects, which allows you to see the progress of channels and projects simultaneously on one screen. Apart from these, Swit has many more features to brag about.
Let's make sure everyone knows about them and share them! @lucy_moon1@judy_min
