Wow, Swit is not just sleek in design but also a powerhouse of seamless integrations with other tools! πŸš€ It's amazing how it elegantly conceals its tremendous potential. To truly streamline all our existing systems into one Swit ecosystem, it's not just about automation for non-developers but also about nurturing an ecosystem for developers. Especially in the era of generative AI, it seems like developer platforms are taking the lead, and from what I've seen, Swit seems to be gearing up for that challenge. (They even have synchronous/asynchronous concepts in their Open API already!!) I'm curious about the API performance and how expansively it will evolve in the future. The possibilities seem boundless! 🌟

@keynotion Exactly, Swit's Developers toolkit allows anyone to build their own custom app on Swit! Our engineers are constantly enhancing the API performance. We're excited too - thank you for the support!🀩

I've used Swit 1.0 in the past. What are the major changes in Swit 2.0 compared to 1.0?
Eunkyo Jo
@_ruth_s_ Swit 1.0 was first conceived as a solution to minimize the inefficiencies that stem from constantly switching between single-function work tools. Swit 2.0 takes that mission a step further by also minimizing tab-switching within our own product to ensure that everyone in your organization is quite literally on the same page. This includes quick access to all workspaces from one screen, threaded notifications, related tasks and saved items across workspaces, and much more!

Do you support OpenAPI for developers?
Sydney Chan
@new_user__33920234e39d47c5ee157eb Yes, we do! We're committed to providing developers with a seamless integration experience, and we support OpenAPI. We offer a comprehensive set of around 140 APIs that you can explore and leverage for your development needs. These APIs cover a wide range of functionalities, enabling you to integrate Swit seamlessly into your workflows and applications. You can find detailed documentation and information about our APIs on our developer portal at https://developers.swit.io. Thank you for your support!

@saniya_khatun2 Thanks for your feedback! We prioritized a design that's simple, intuitive, and powerful. We hope you enjoy your experience with Swit!
Samantha Henderson
@saniya_khatun2 Thank you! The cool thing about working at Swit is that we use our own product every day. It helps us work out kinks and understand what changes need to be made from the perspective of a user. It's a lot of fun and we're so happy to bring the product to others.

I am presently utilizing swit 2.0. Initially, all departments within our company were utilizing both the chat and task functionalities. Is it feasible for each department to have the option to selectively employ task and chat functions?
Paul Kim
@june_choi2 Hey June! Yes, we offer a single-function plan specifically for project or task management. You can start with the project function first and add the chat/communication function whenever you want. This flexible pricing plan allows you to choose the one that works best for your team and company. Go to the admin page and switch to the project-only plan. Let me know if you need any help!
Sachin Jeganendran
Looks amazing! How were you able to provide so many features for comparatively lower cost to competitors out there?
Keith Lee
@sachin_jeganendran Thank you! We allow for granular configurations so that you can choose the features you want and save on the ones you don't need. This is especially cost effective with our Startup plan for companies just getting started!
Eunkyo Jo
@sachin_jeganendran To add to Keith's comment, we're able to offer a robust set of features at a competitive price point is due to our team's dedication to efficiency and a customer-centric approach. As a startup ourselves, we know the struggle faced by early-stage startups – juggling limited resources, keeping everyone aligned, and still building something incredible. That's why work collaboration features like communication and project management are at the core, all without breaking the bank. Hope that helps!
