@sneha_mittal1 Hi Sneha- Tango does not have capturing capability on mobile devices yet, although you are able to view content there. Hopefully we are able to build for mobile use cases later down the road!

This is awesome. Not only is this more important than ever, but it's easy to use too. No code? This is the future. I especially like the focus on feedback as well - this is critical and if you time it right (like with the product) then you are going to be in an even better position.

@will_taylor7 We completely agree! If you're not solving an end user's core job-to-be-done, what are you solving for? I'm glad you're appreciating the frictionless user experience - our engineering and product teams approach this with painstaking detail.

Extremely poor customer service. Canned responses from support staff that clearly indicate they haven't read my communications expressing frustration. Over a week to respond to a message relating to unexpected (but justifiable) charges. Very disappointing.
