I have a small team, does this work with small teams or large orgs?

I think organizations start getting the most value out of the entire platform when they are above 20-30 people but even the most simple team rituals like bi-weekly pulse check surveys, or 1 on 1 check ins powered by AI can start building the great muscle of feedback and create a powerful culture so definitely don't hesitate to try this out with your small team and we will help you get set up along the way!

@marianna_tymchuk exactly right! That was our original product too - we made it easy to ask for feedback or give feedback but if it is not specific enough or actionable what good is that? There were a lot of high 5's and good job's but critical feedback was missing. That is why we added a robust "1 on 1 Conversation" module - because critical feedback is mostly done in person - not in text and 2) We embedded an AI assistant to help make that feedback conversation 10x better - that is the core of this launch, and you nailed it!!!
