Say goodbye to the spreadsheets and endless chains emails of yesterday. Trello enables teams to organize projects in a fun and flexible way. With built-in automation and 100s of integrations, your team can take productivity to a whole new level.
I think most people know about Trello already (although I might be surprised -- recently found out there are people on this earth that don't know about Rapportive) but it's worthy of the attention. @nbashaw and I have been using it for Product Hunt.

My life is run from Trello! Everything is there, if I die I will point people there in my Will.

Brilliant for managing all your project backlogs in a Kanban fashion. Including a list for the DIY tasks around the house.
As a Marketer I use this daily to manage workflow, sort ideas around future content and prioritize my activities. My team collaborate and report using handy integrations with Google and we use it as a Customer service and Sales script repository to store links to docs and how-to videos.
Pros:
Great for visual Agile Kanban Boards, GDT lists and creating sitemaps
Cons:
Can't set due dates and go live dates to view when things will go live in a secondary calendar view.
If you aren't an organized person Trello allows for easy to see visuals that help keep projects on track. The team at Curexe has specifically used it to organize our bugs, new features, staging and production stages of our development.
Pros:
Great product for staying organized with your developer team. We execute everything remotely and keep organized with Trello.
Great product guys, I had been using it from 2012. One feature request if I may:) Sometimes when you share a task with other members you may want to have checklist items assigned to different members. It would be nice if you could see who is doing what. On the other hand it maybe redundant because you can get away with just including the name of the person in the caption. Just thinking out loud:)

Just don't know how project management could lived before Trello.
We used Trello a lot at GoInstant, but found it didn't talk as well as we would have liked with other things we use like GitHub. We're rolling our own Trello-esque tool, which we'll be releasing soon for people to try that we think is pretty cool.
But generally, I'm a big fan of Trello.
