Trello has helped me organize my projects for a while now. Since I work as a software engineer. An example of my boards is sort of where I create tasks then I classify them according to their current position on the sprint. For example I have tasks in different cards such as Icebox, Backlog, Current Iteration and Done. I have set deadlines all ranging from 2 weeks to someday :(. Overall a great product!

Pros:

Create Boards, Set alerts, Create Cards, Set Time Limits

Cons:

Nothing really!

@wadefoster we didn't look at Zapier, but that probably would have helped a lot. We're past the point of no return at this point though with our own custom solution, which also uses our own product, but services like Trello and Github that are typically going to be integrated with other things should promote integrations more.

This is worrying - Atlassian tools are clunky. Trello just works effortlessly. I made a visual bug tracker extension for Trello and Jira. - http://traceybugcop.com/ Jira was ugly, Trello was easy.

I just started using this with my marketing team at work, and so far it seems to be an efficient way to coordinate on projects. Now if I can just remember to log in and actually use the boards...

Pros:

Simple way to coordinate with teams on project goals.

Cons:

Everyone needs a trello account. Another place I need to log in and keep track of.

Excellent solution for single-workers and small teams. Besides, it's useful for tracking personal deals if needed. To be more productive and control all my time I use TMetric integration with Trello. Amazing tool! I use it to manage my blog, website, and school tasks. I use the Pomello app alongside it, and it's a dream.
