I use this product all the time and I love it! It helps me stay organized as well as collaborate with my colleagues! Keep up the great work Trello.

This is already a classic for productivity and I use it for years. Although it has some limitations in the free plan (the numbers of plugins for instance), it's still very productive and help you keep things simple.

I just believe they could improve some flows, allowing the user to connect cards and boards since it helps you see your things in a more manageable form.

Also, it could show you some graphs about the boards and "projects" progress along the time in the dashboard view.

Team collaboration

At work, we use it for everything. From small to big, to personal projects. Everyone praises Trello there. We didn't have to impose it on our team, it imposed itself!

UX

- The kanban style interface is awesome at displaying loads of data in one screen, while maintaining a good sense of separation of concerns.

- Real time updates feels magical. The interface is very responsive.

Price

Team collaboration tools tend to be quite expensive. While Trello is better than most of its competitors, it's free. You can't beat free. Unless you're way better.

I love using it so much, sometimes I spend too much time on it.

We tested Trello and MeisterTask for our marketing team and basically decided for MeisterTask for the above reasons.

Pros:

Very flexible, very lightweight collaborative task management tool, well integrated with other Atlassian tools

Cons:

For me personally too flexible and not as good/fresh looking as some other task management apps in the space
