Trello - Powering millions of teams to work smarter, together

Present we are using Trello in my office. This product is fantastic.to work with my team. And I love this product.

Trello is flexible, with a simple interface, but has lots of power under the hood if you choose to use it. This is definitely more than just a task list though. You can always access all the information that this program has helped you do. It’s incredible

I really really really do not like the product design...

I have used this product. It helped me keep my tasks on track. I can get a view of all my tasks at the same time.. Also there is are predefined templates for most common lists. I used them. Nice product will recommend.

Trello has great templates, but it still lacks a timesheet for better tracking than the current deadline.

It's built well, but it's designed a certain way that limits it as a general use application. I prefer that, though. I'd rather have a software that's very good at X and Y instead of something that's just ok with the whole alphabet. The best use I came up with after years of use (with both myself and multiple teams) is making 4 categories - INACTIVE, ACTIVE, MAINTAIN, DONE - and color coordinating the tasks where everyone on the board can comment and move the cards around from one category to the next. Inactive is the "to do", active is the "doing', maintain is the "done but needs upkeep", and done is dusted and shelved.

Had a pleasure to use Trello, and can recommend it to all who needs the solid solution which you can plug in to additional hubs.

My first product management platform before anything else was even introduced! Love it. Still use it. I remember my previous company used it as a CRM alternative for awhile even. Super flexible if you can be creative in your solutions!
