Usersnap evolves really well since I started using it. I still use a lot the comments/bugs reporting tool that is awesome for clients to share what they see without the pain of asking for it.
And now they added so much to the table that I will maybe upgrade my account to have more active projects.

@patrick_meister Hi Patrick, thanks for your comment. First of all, yes, Usersnap is used in many beta-testing scenarios. Usersnap helps SaaS and software companies to collect feedback along the product development lifecycle (nice marketing speak) ... ;) You can use it for collecting (even visual) feedback for your testing phase (QA) of digital products. Then, you can let your beta users test your new versions and collect feedback for segments of your users and last but not least use Usersnap for collecting customer feedback in your product (feature requests, NPS, CSAT, customer happiness, bug reports, etc)
Interesting, will definitely try. One question: in your opinion, what is the best way to increase user feedback. I'm particularly interested in how you can help solve getting feedback from churned users, which I always felt was the most difficult/expensive to get.

Re: how to get more user feedback?
I've two main suggestions from the companies that we've observed increasing number of feedback after implementing Usersnap.
1. To always have the feedback button available on your website and app. This establish that you're a listener always ready to receive feedback and your customer will share suggestions, bugs and positive feedback when they feel like it. It will eventually become a habit for them and you will get tons of feedback! (Plus it does not disturb the customer experience.)
2. Ask for feedback at the right place, right time. You can trigger the feedback form by URL, user actions, time on page and user segments. Then the question you're asking will be highly relevant, hence the response rate will increase!
Re: how to get feedback from churned users?
You can trigger a feedback form when your users take actions to churn, this has worked very well for us. Customers are actually very willing to share their reason and the insights are incredibly helpful! Or you can always send them an email after the churn.

@christoph_loewenherz best way to get feedback is to ask for it. Find a good spot in the journey and just pop up an invitation to share their thoughts. In terms of churn reason we even had a required text field where they need to write a message. It worked surprisingly well most of the reasons were very helpful. So again, just ask ;-) Surprisingly many people are happy to help.
