So nice to hear you say that @daryllman! We've listened to a lot of customer feedback to get to where we are today 🙌
Klaus-M. Schremser
@daryllman The idea was to gather all the feedback options from along the product development lifecycle for SaaS products and digital products in general into one feedback hub and get insights and learnings from there. Thanks for your feedback #MakeFeedbackMatter

So important to get Customers feedback and yet so hard to actually collect it. This is awesome. Congrats!

You're right @etidar, and that's why we've experimented and came up with various ways to collect feedback - doesn't have to be as difficult now, with Usersnap you can just select a template and get started 😉
Klaus-M. Schremser
@etidar yes, totally true. But first you have to ask and then, feedback will follow. "Sync with Salesforce within Zoom" made me curious. It's possible to share the customer feedback with Salesforce collected by Usersnap - just to mention it ;)

Thanks @mattkim_5! We're a customer feedback solution built based on customer feedback 😉 And we think it's worked out pretty well indeed 🎉

Can you tell me the difference between Customer Reviews and Customer Feedback. I was wondering ....if this software is so good at extracting normally hard to get feedback, could it be used to extract more customer reviews? Or possibly could the data collected be used to create in depth customer reviews? which is usually very hard to get
Ashley Cheng
@paul_rasmussen I think one of the more obvious ways to separate the two is customer reviews are public and written for other customers to see, while customer feedback is written for the team of makers and can be both public or private. What's important here is customer reviews is a form of customer feedback. And that's why makers should respond to them 😉 Re: can one use customer feedback to get more reviews? What a great idea! 💡 When you get a positive customer feedback it is definitely the perfect opportunity to ask the customer to write a public review for you. And they will probably be more likely to say yes! With Usersnap you can set up a connection project, basically having a follow up form to ask the customers that completed the previous form to give you a review!

@paul_rasmussen @ashley_lomazzi Thanks Ashley for your explanation

I think its an excellent product, and clearly that's the view of everyone else. It's a stunning array of glowing reviews of Usersnap and you, the developers of it must be especially pleased to have received such amazing feedback on a platform like this! Congratulations!
Ashley Cheng
Thanks for your words @paul_rasmussen 👍

@paul_rasmussen Hi Paul, thanks a lot. Our today's launch is also a celebration of the achievements of Usersnap and the great team so far (and in the future). Thanks for mentioning

The interactive tools that are overlayed on the screen for adding feedback are super intuitive and very useful.
