Have loved how quickly the team is iterating and building this tool! We've been using it to understand, validate, and dive deeper into areas that previously could only be addressed by anecdotal feedback. I'm amazed every time I log in how much more functionality it has, and you can really feel the huge progress being made on both the quality of answers as well as the complexity of questions it can handle!

I've been using Viable for the last few months here at Curri and I can honestly say that it is the first AI product I've used that feels... magical. Not only that, once you get past the wow factor, it is actually useful! My favorite part is the Slack integration that lets everyone on your team use it collaboratively in a super low friction way. The pace of iteration over the last few months has been incredible, so I'm really excited to see what this team cooks up over the next few months and years!

Congrats on the launch! This is so exciting! I remember having to manually go through all the chat logs and tickets when I was doing analysis on our qualitative data! Excited that this automates that process and makes it easier to find qualitative insights from our users! Game changing!

Viable lets you integrate with customer feedback channels like Intercom, Zapier, Zendesk, etc. You can then ask any question of your data, which feels super powerful when the alternative is sifting through thousands of rows in a CSV (I’ve been there!). In a way, it’s like a brain for all of your data. Ask it: “How can we improve calendars?” You’ll see a response like: “We can improve calendars by adding Zoom links, Hangout links, and making it easier to see other people’s availability. We should also allow users to view weekly and monthly views in addition to the default daily view.” You'll also see the pieces of data that formulated the response. The magic of our tool is that your customers are already talking. We help you hear them, and you’ll build better products for it.
