At Point, we loved the PMF product and now are excited to be using the new CX-focused Viable as we look for more efficient and valuable ways to incorporate customer feedback to improve our CX processes as well as product development. The Viable team is so talented and tackling a major pain point. Can’t wait to keep watching this become more and more valuable to all types of companies who want to know and serve their customers better.

@andrew_harrington2 Thanks for the support Andrew! Point's feedback during the pilot has been invaluable! 🙏

Congrats Daniel, Jeff, Silvia, and the entire Viable team! Absolutely love this product. When I first saw what you were working on, my immediate thought was I wished I had this when I was a PM, swimming in qualitative data, trying to make sense of it, and then aligning the rest of the org around those insights. Viable automates all of that, and then utilizing GPT-3 to ask your "customer" any question and get a natural language response. It truly feels like magic! PMs and CX departments are going to love this. Congrats again! Very impressive.

@alex_gurevich Thanks Alex! We couldn't have done it without you.

Such an awesome product. Manual tagging should be a thing of the past.
Daniel Erickson
@scott_hanford Thanks Scott! I agree, manual tagging is the worst.

Great pivot!

Wow looks really interesting. Would be interested to test it! How much data do we need in order to start getting good results back?
Daniel Erickson
@rachel_dowling99 Hi Rachel! We've had people get use out of it with as little as 100 datapoints, but 1,000+ will get the best results. I'd love to help you gain some insights from your data– just sign up using the link on the sight and we'll get you onboarded!
