I have made two purchases now. The first time, a completely different package was offered than what I could buy; I paid and received nothing. I bought another package, paid twice, and only received it once (even the confirmation states: we received $15, but it was actually $30, as stated on the invoice). I hope this will be settled quickly. Unfortunately, in terms of quality and content, the videos do not come close to other tools.

I tried the VidGenesis tool & agree with others' comments that it's really easy to use, congrats! The one question I have is regarding the graphics generated for the topic I prompted with - they didn't relate. What's your vision for your library? Can creators join to provide IP for the tool (ie original content input) to generate a wider variety of graphics from? ie infographic styles vs text over still photographs vs still photos of a demonstration, vs different styles of illustrations vs paint vs video vs stop motion etc? For the prompt I gave, there were multiple graphic options, but all were quite similar. Is there a type of content format the platform is geared for? Is the content IP currently sourced from what's already available on the web?
