@nazar_begen1 Completely untrained the coach is 80-90% accurate when it comes to identifying the key gaps that sales reps need to improve (what you get with the product as part of the free trial out of the box). Once its trained on the companies data it’s 90-100% accurate (what we offer to paying customers).

This is definitely the future! But also makes sales calls almost algorithmic, no? Won't the pendulum swing back to more eclectic sales calls, once users starts to get teflon skin against "recipe" sales calls?

Especially for the early stages of the sales process (especially cold calls, discovery, demos) most companies have a playbook for how they expect the calls to run. These are usually the stages that most of our customers are using Wonderway as they want to make sure that they are hitting on key points during these calls. As deals progress later in the funnel (e.g. negotations) then they are less likely to follow a consistent process.
That being said, its important to point out that our coach isn't looking for people to follow scripts word for word. Its usually just looking for key points in the call. For example in a discovery call it will often look for:
- Did the sales reps identify a key pain point for the customer?
- Did they explain how the product can solve that pain point?
- Did they book a next step?
This still leaves alot of flexibility for how the sales rep achieves these goals to suit their own style while still making sure that they are achieving the key objectives of the call.

Bowen - smart. When reviewing calls I usually end up just putting them on as I would a podcast and know 100% I am distracted and not actively listening OR I am actively listening but tough to get good insights and synthesize for advice. ANYTHING that solves this problem is worth a look.
@christopher_merrill 100% agree. Just even IF sales managers take the time (which is rare) they usually aren't taking it seriously. In most cases, our AI coach is way more accurate that a human as it never gets tired!
