Looks really really promising! AI Sales COACH's ability to fill in custom scorecards and provide human-like feedback is intriguing. Can you explain how this customization works and how businesses can tailor it to their unique sales processes? Additionally, how do you ensure that the AI's feedback aligns with the specific goals and strategies of each sales team that uses your software?
@julesfyt Absolutely! Every sales team we have spoken to has there own sales process which is custom to their product, industry and customers. Although most sales teams are using some sales methodology as a base, its usually tailored to fit their needs. When setting up coach, you can create a custom scorecard that reflects that process.
As for setting goals, we can do this in 2 ways:
1. For free trials: Goals are automatically determined based on the type of call (i.e. cold call, discovery, demo etc)
2. For paying customers: you can customise the objectives for different teams and different types of calls to increase the accuracy

@bowen_moody2 Sounds good! I have a close friend who runs a cold-calling business with five locations. The only issue is that we live in The Netherlands, and the calls are primarily in Dutch. Is there any chance you will be adding language support? I showed him the product, and he absolutely loved it.

We believe the future of analytics interfaces will be chat. Rather building 100’s of dashboards, we are implementing a chat interface that will allow sales reps and managers to interact with their data (similar to ChatGPT) to ask questions like:
1. What separates top performers?
2. How can we optimise our sales process?
3. What changes could we make to the pitch and product to improve product-market fit?
We've been trying this out and it's a really powerful tool, excited to see how this will develop further. What's the best place to follow your roadmap?

So it listens in on the audio and accurately scores the conversation? What about strong Indian accents? I doubt it will work there.
For example, sometimes scammers wanna separate grandma from her retirement fund and they're calling in from India.
Can this help them improve their nefarious acts?
@kingromstar Hey Rami! We're using OpenAIs transcription service. It's the largest language model and therefore the most accurate in the world so it will work with Indian accents. The software is definitely not designed to support such nefarious acts.
Just loaded calls in and cannot wait to put this to use. I am a big proponent of speed to feedback and this will be such a huge lift off the time constraints. Looking forward to sharing my thoughts soon!
