I am a @Lightfield customer who was a Salesforce customer for 13 years. Can you believe how much money I freaking put into that legacy product? I switched to Lightfield because I, like many founders who run their own sales operations, get annoyed with data entry. So why switch to Lightfield? NLP and AI first are just two of the leading features to keep in mind. Lightfield also solves the problem of refreshing pipeline and task reminding. How so? Lightfield is synced with all the tech that serve as touchpoints (email, calendar, etc.). There are a lot of open questions (does the architecture hold up? Does it meet fringe requirements for scale sales orgs?) but the premise is enticing. The space is ripe for someone to shake it up.

@seansimerly I've personally onboarded companies with ~150 people and >50,000 records. Right now I'd say it's best for any company under 200 sales reps - but that's changing quickly as we build more capabilities into the platform!

@trisha_pokharel thank you for being part of the journey! We do forecasting through LLM code execution in Lightfield and it's pretty good! It just knows so much more about real pipeline health vs. a conventional CRM. We've had a lot of people switch just because of reporting and forecasting quality!

@lev_kerzhner our REST API comes out tomorrow. We're launching MCP on top of that in the next few weeks.
So yes, all the context will be agent accessible and not throttled.

@lev_kerzhner we're rolling out APIs in the next few days that allow external agents to access the objects in the API, and will be rolling out more functionality to open up access over the next month or so. Agents will be able to manage Lightfield, and Lightfield will be able to manage your agents, depending on the use case and your business logic.

@gilles_raymond - yes! Download a CSV of your contacts, accounts, and opportunities, upload them to the chat window in Lightfield, and it will take between 10 minutes and a couple of hours depending on how much data you have.

@amraniyasser - yes! We work with small teams doing founder-led sales with a couple of folks supporting, as well as larger companies with sales teams of 30+ people. Everyone can work with shared context in the CRM.

@andrew_correa thanks! We're releasing a REST API tomorrow and MCP in a few weeks. We'd love to open source more of it as we grow. We're using ShadCN for UI and Typesense for search indexing. We benefit a lot from the open source community and want to give back.
