I've been following mgmate journey for more than a year, and safe to say, i'm gagged how great their final result turned out to be! Managers do for the corporate culture and work environment more, that we (and them) think. Would gladly suggest this platform for my future manager! Period. And i will die on that hill. This looks so incredibly useful to managing team members and agreements. I'm constantly having to keep track of where I keep stuff like this and I'm excited to see a tool that looks so simple and does exactly what you need.

@cameron_napoli yes, actually I never saw a manager who was trained first. Most of the time someone is promoted, starts doing a manager's job, and, maybe gets some training within a year or two.
