The ability to digitally sign lease agreement and accept the rental payments right on the rentberry platform is of particular importance for the long distance landlords. The other outstanding feature is the ability to accept rental offers from the potential tenants. This gives an ability to rent your place faster without officially advertising the rent reduction. This is particular useful if you rent two or more places in the same location.
