The problem Runa is tackling is spot on. Users getting stuck inside SaaS products because they can't find features or figure out workflows is one of the biggest silent churn drivers. Turning natural language into real product actions instead of just FAQ-style answers is the right direction.
What needs improvement
A few things I'd love to see as the product matures:
Technical documentation or an integration guide showing how Runa connects to a host product's backend and what the setup looks like for engineering teams.
A live demo or sandbox so potential users can experience the action execution firsthand before committing.
Clarity on how actions are defined and scoped - does the product team configure available actions through an API schema, dashboard, or something else entirely?
vs Alternatives
The concept has real potential, especially for products with complex onboarding flows or feature-rich dashboards where users frequently submit "how do I..." support tickets. Looking forward to seeing how this evolves.
