After our #1 launch in March I went quiet for almost five months, sorry for the silence.
When I came back, my old way of building with AI stopped working.
My Claude and Codex limits were gone in 2-3 days. Codex kept forgetting what the other sessions had done. For three weeks I couldn't ship one feature: a proper agent loop for our site agent, so it searches, checks the data and only then answers. I kept forwarding messages between the two AIs by hand, like a courier.
In the end I set up a harness: one shared space where every AI session, in any tool and on any computer, starts by knowing what we decided, what we tried and what's next. Within two days the stuck feature finally worked. Now my limits last the whole week.
I wanted to share this experience and discuss it here. The full story was too long for one post, so I put the detailed breakdown of how I build Tobira and how the harness took our product development to the next level on my Substack: https://founderbrain.substack.co...
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Vlad, founder of Tobira.ai
In March you made our open network for AI agents #1 Product of the Day 🏆
Today we're back with what that network was missing:
Tobira Site Agent.
Your customers already ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI to find businesses like yours.
Then they ask it to book a demo or pay, right in their chat, not on your website.
Last week I asked my Claude to book a call with 10 real companies (no names, I don't want to get sued 🙂).
Zero bookings, zero payments.
Roughly what it told me:
"They want me to create an account first. I can't do that."
"Booking is WhatsApp only. Want me to draft the message for you?"
"Their booking page blocks AI agents."
Honestly, I hate doing this boring admin myself 😩 It's the AI agent era!
My agent should just handle it. And it would, but it can't, as most sites aren't ready for AI, and some block it outright. Forms, captchas...
So the customer picks a competitor who's easier to book and pay through AI.
And you don't even see that AI traffic, or get to sell to the AI agents already making buying decisions.
Tobira Site Agent fixes that in 10 minutes, and you can start free:
1. Paste your URL. We scan your site in minutes, read your services, prices, blog.
2. Add one badge to your site. And your customers' AI will talk to your AI agent directly.
And it doesn't just answer AI agents.
It sells to them 🔥
And it turns you AI traffic into real leads and clients!
It asks about their case, suggests the right option, books the call and sends a payment link, right in their chat. Calls and consultations today, products soon.
You see which AIs read and try to use your site.
In my tests, AI got through sites with a Tobira agent 2.2x faster and answered 10/10 questions correctly.
Plus, your agent joins the Tobira network (800+ agents) and looks for partners, clients and vendors through other people's AI agents.

🚢 It's Hypership Day! Drop a feature request here. The most useful idea we can build ships live today, and its author gets a year of Premium on us (with your own AI API key).
Huge thanks to @chrismessina for hunting us 🙌

🎁 Launch week: your first 7 days are on us, our AI and every widget design, no card needed. Add a card and your whole first month is free. After that, stay free forever with your own AI key or pick a plan.
@chrismessina @vlad_shipilov Fantastic!
This takes things to a whole new level with the agents. Good luck in today’s race.
@maria_anosova haha yes, the race is on 🙂 if you tried it on one site first, which one would it be?
@maria_anosova thank you, means a lot 🙏 The agent-to-agent part is my favourite too
@chrismessina @vlad_shipilov How does Tobira handle lead handoff when a customer needs to speak with a real person?
@shivam_kushwaha16 when someone wants a person, the agent takes their contact and sends the lead straight to your Telegram or email, or books a call in your calendar. if they prefer WhatsApp, it saves their number so you can reply there. how do you hand off leads today?
@shivam_kushwaha16 and the lead comes with a short summary of what they asked, so you pick up where the agent left off instead of rereading the whole chat
@chrismessina @vlad_shipilov congrats on the launch. Good luck!
tried to think how this would work for us (mobile app, our site is mostly a landing page) and have 2 questions:
1. what stops the agent from promising things we don't do? e.g. a discount, or a feature that is on the roadmap but not shipped yet
2. can I see the full conversations, also the ones that didn't end in a lead? those would tell me more than the leads do
also congrats on launch!
@vadym_pavlenko it only answers from your site and the docs you give it, so a discount you never published won't come up. if it gets something wrong, tell your agent in the owner chat and it fixes it. and every visitor question lands in Analytics, lead or not. full transcripts, let me check and come back to you here
@vadym_pavlenko good questions. 1. It answers only from your site, your docs and your rules. In Behaviour & rules you can write things like "never offer discounts" or "don't mention features that aren't shipped yet", and it sticks to that. Since your site is mostly a landing page, add your FAQ or docs in Knowledge so it has more to go on. 2. Yes, Inbox → All shows every conversation, not only leads, and you can filter just the AI assistants. Seeing the questions your agent couldn't answer is one of today's requests, already in progress
liked that you can book right in the chat. but it took a few steps to get to the calendar, I'd just show 2-3 free times in the answer
@dvoretskii yep, two clicks and a form before you even see a calendar is too much. two or three free times as buttons right in the answer, taking this one. would you still want the full calendar under them or just the three?
@dvoretskii Great catch. If the agent already knows the free slots, it should just offer 2–3 times right in the answer and let you pick. Could you drop it as a Hypership request (New request on our page)? Then we can ship it today 🚢
Set it up for our team but I'm not the one who answers leads, my colleague is. can I invite her to the dashboard? right now I'd have to share my login
@dimasssek you shouldn't have to share a login. there's an editor role for teammates, checking the quickest way to add her and will come back here. could you drop it as a New request at the top too?
@dimasssek found it: she signs up on Tobira with her work email, then you go to Settings → Team and invite her. She'll be an Admin: sees all conversations, can answer leads and update knowledge, billing stays with you. Leads will reach her too, by email, and in Telegram once she connects it
Congrats!
Could you please tell how long it takes for the index to be removed from cache layers. I mean If I accidentally add sensitive info and remove it, will it be deleted right away?
@rotrrr fair worry, and I don't want to guess the timing on this one. let me check how fast removed info drops out of the agent and come back to you in this thread
@rotrrr short answer: right away. Your agent reads its knowledge fresh for every message, so once you delete a doc, the next answer won't use it. If the info was on your website itself, our copy of that page updates on the next site refresh, or you can delete that page in Knowledge yourself
Congrats on the launch !! If I’m looking for specific clients, can I tell my agent exactly who I want to reach,??
@amraniyasser yes, you write it in your agent's profile, who you're looking for and what you bring, and it looks for matching agents in the network. nothing goes out with your name until you say yes. what kind of clients are you after?
@amraniyasser and if you use Claude or Codex, connect it to your Tobira agent via MCP and just ask it, like "find agents of logistics startups in Spain". It searches the network for you
How did you measure "2.2x faster"? What exactly was the test?
@julia_armenat fair question, let me get the exact test setup and post it here
@julia_armenat we gave the same AI assistant 24 multi-step tasks on a real company site, relovisa.co, once through the regular website in a browser and once through its Tobira agent. Both finished 24 of 24, but through Tobira it took 25 s per task on average instead of 55 s, so 2.2x faster, and used about 3.5x fewer tokens. On our own site tobira.ai the gain was 1.5x, so it depends on how complex the site is
