I am having problems importing my Notion pages eg the ones that I bought/duplicated from Notion makers, plus some fresh created dummy pages into Anytype. I refer to the guide inside Anytype. I manage to get the required Notion token and Anytype mentioned "Success". But when checked in Favourites folder, nothing from Notion there. Any Notion success import story.
@sunthara_segar Hi! Thank you for your comment, that doesn't sound good - could you please make a bug report in our forums (link below)? The issue will go straight to our development team. Thank you!

Congrats on the launch, this is a fantastic idea! I've been looking for a place to keep track of my creative projects. How does p2p sync work exactly? Can I use Anytime on mobile?
@giorgio_bordiga Anytype is available on iOS and Android! If you have anytype installed on multiple devices, and these devices are in the same local network, your objects & files will sync to each other without passing through any central server.

@kcnor It was a long way, but we've made it! Thank you very much for your support Konstantin!
Amazing. Just having a functioning checklist task function puts it ahead of Notion when it comes to tasks. Now, It's not perfect. I'd like to see editing data in columns for multiple entries for example, having some kind of notification system, or reoccurring task function, but I'm sure the devs will keep iterating and improving the app.
I've come across one UI quirk that took me a while to figure out; changing the sorting from Ascending to Descending. It's not very obvious where to click to change it. I've found a workaround by doing it on the mobile app, before realizing you can just click on the word itself. Of course.
Speaking of the mobile app, I can't say enough praise on how much I appreciate that there even is an Android one. Most companies just release for iOS, if any, so to have on in a Beta stage is commendable. Not only that, It's FAST, functional and easy to use, unlike Notion's glitchy and slow mess.
Note taking wise I haven't had any complaints so far, but I need to test it more in the following days.
All in all a very promising future ahead!
@luka_skulic Thanks for your feedback! Glad you like the checklist :) We're working on improving other features, too. If there's a feature you'd love to see next, you can upvote it in our community forum. For instance, for multi-editing, you can support it here: https://community.anytype.io/t/a.... 🚀
Happy to hear you appreciate our Android app! We are proud of our native mobile apps📱
Your feedback helps us get better, so thanks again! 👍

Great idea and product. With your apps could have an option to chose self hosted network without building
@andrei_s_1 I completely agree! The desktop version already has this option using the env variable. We just weren't ready with the UI before the public release. We plan to include it in the upcoming releases.

I really like Anytype. It is a great app that helps me with my work and personal stuff. I can do so many things with it, like writing notes, organizing projects, keeping documents, and more. It also protects my data and privacy with encryption and web3 tech. Anytype is one of a kind and I’m happy to use it. Anytype rocks!👍
P/S: Don't forget to check out their onboarding calendar!

Collaborative projects and publishing will be available IN ONE YEAR AND A HALF from now. An aeon will pass until then...
@jerzyrajkow multi-player and publishing are now #1 priority (as we moved to open beta) and we plan to deliver the first version by the end of this year. Where did you get the info about 1.5 years?
Report
@sharipova on your website front page - it's marked as release planned Q4 2024, it's in 1.5 years. If you say it's planned by the end of this year, it means it's a typo!
Report
@sharipova Actually no, it's not a typo, since you differentiate "shareable docs" that will be released Q3 2023 and "collaborative projects" "public blog" and "shareable graphs" that are planned for in 1.5 years.
@jerzyrajkow the first version of multi-player is planned for 2023. In 2024 we plan to nail publishing and collaboration - some things will come in q1, some in q2 and by the end of q4 we hope it will cover sophisticated access control

Well I downloaded it and just when I was getting to learn it the web connection froze up so I will keep working around it when the connection improves
@carl_lee No need for web connection! You can be offline and everything will work; sync will work between your devices when you're online again :)

Hello, Product Hunt! I've been looking forward to this big step forward for a long time. I am presently a Notion user: in our team, collaboration is crucial. What I would like to know is if Anytype can or will implement project tasks batching, in the way Marie Poulin described in her video (). This consists in being able to create different templates each one with a Project and a set of tasks (we are using buttons for this in Notion). Each time we start a new project we simply create it from a template. Note that the tasks included in the template at least with buttons, can have certain properties already set, and so can of course the main project. This is to avoid manual assignment of properties when dealing with task batches referring to the same project type. Thanks, and keep it up!
