@mickc79 At a very high level, Spoke uses advanced search techniques to answer your requests with the best possible knowledge base resource. It uses machine learning to ingest user feedback and improve the quality of it's search in real time. When Spoke does not know the right answer, it uses machine learning to triage the requests to the right team. Oh my god I've been moaning for this kind of thing for ages!! I know there will come a day when newbies won't have to bother people around for where to make a cup of coffee or how to photocopy a bunch of paper. Great concept, very minimal UI!

@sivola Thanks Paolo! Our pricing is based on the total number of employees in an organization, and not the traditional ticketing approach of charging per agent. Spoke gets more valuable as you support more employees with more teams. Also, this is our special introductory launch pricing!

Curious as what the data retention policies are with Spoke. Are messages stored? Are you GDPR compliant?

A qualified yes with the hopes that it will get better over time. The idea is brilliant. We're having a hard time launching because it's clunky. We changed the name of the bot to ask-hr, but when it responded, it defaulted back to Spoke - so our test user didn't know what it was. It asks too many times, do you want to submit a request? The responses aren't "clean" - to much stray info: Filed Under, Visibility, Assigned to, Type. I just want it to push out an answer to the question if there is one in the system and be done. Not sure it's a long-term solution for us. But hoping.
