Today I’m delighted to hunt Hugo, built by the team behind Crisp.
It is clear to me that support chatbots no longer fit with the world we live in anymore.
Speaking with @baptistejamin, I understood why they had to rebuild everything from scratch, 10 years after launching Crisp, what a rebirth!

@kimberly_ross for now it integrates with Crisp only, but in the future we will open up to other support solutions.
I've been going through this amazing release for the past 12 months, working on bêta, product and also launch strategy.
