Really great tool with excellent support. Could not recommend it highly enough.

Pros:

Excellent array of tools that means I can keep most support / marketing activities within one platform

Cons:

Would like API to extend to the Knowledge Base. Would also like to be able to add own code to Knowledge Base articles.

All I can say is that every-time Gist releases a cool new kickass feature, optimization or upgrade, i just feel lucky and fortunate I got in on this when it was starting out. I'm guessing people who join now are gonna feel the same way 1 year from now (about getting in on time). The speed of progress/evolution is pretty amazing.

Congrats on the launch! Looks like a cool product with a pretty wide range of features. No small feat to get all this put together over time. I will say, I noticed some strange discrepancies while reading through the Intercom comparison page. For example, you can track events in Intercom. You can send email in Intercom. You can collect user data in Intercom. I've been using Intercom for 5 or 6 years (and have even built apps on it) so I'm pretty familiar with what they've got to offer. I appreciate the head-to-head comparison (especially you giving a competitor the nod in certain categories), but it just doesn't feel like a complete picture to me. Just a bit of feedback for you. Again, congrats on the launch and best of luck with the business! Great to see new(ish) competition on the scene.

I have been using Gist over 2 years now and it's getting better and better every single day. The team pushes updates, fixed bugs and add new features. I am using Gist for my business and it makes email marketing easier with their advanced targeting and segmentation abilities.

Pros:

Gist can integrate with your mobile app, memebershp platform, website and send right message to the right people at the right time.

Cons:

They could work more on native integrations with other apps

I have been a user since they first launched and I am more than satisfied and have now moved my whole marketing workflow to it from ActiveCampaign. Their support team is also highly responsive even implementing feature requests of mine the very next day! 5 STARS!

Pros:

Easy to use with a single dashboard for important marketing and support functions.

Cons:

Chat bot needs a bit more work and ability to customize look, feel and make it more humanly when interacting with potential clients.

Gist is an awesome platform - an all-in-one marketing tool to understand your customers. The automation with tagging feature is awesome and an essential tool for today's marketing campaigns that requires personalization in Customer Journey. I have seen Gist evolve throughout the years with an amazing team and they work hard to improve the platform all the time. Pro - An all in one marketing automation platform, Swiss-knife for marketers :) Con - It is feature rich and needs some time to understand for beginners like me. keep at it team Gist, best of luck.

Haven’t used it as much as I wanted due swinging between chat systems for measuring data.

Pros:

Very useful and friendly chat system has everything you need and the free version is excellent for small businesses

Cons:

The pricing can become a bit steep imo, but nothing insane
