Looks cool. Do you have any tool for automatic categorization, or is it mainly focused on getting insights through chat conversations? I'm particularly interested in how large amounts of feedback are transformed, summarised, and assembled into categories 😊
Daniel Korczyński
@piotr_p_cygan Actually both. - For longer pieces of feedback like conversations we extract only what's relevant and then use it for categorisation. Of course you can still access the whole conversation, but we've removed the burden of sifting through messages to find what's insightful. - The next step is automatic categorization. Each feedback piece is automatically categorized into relevant topics and insights. We created 5 basic topics for you: technical issues, user experience, suggestions, praises, pricing. You can expand that by creating your own custom topic.

@piotr_p_cygan just plug it and see for yourself ;)

As a User Researcher, I understand the challenges of staying on top of customer feedback. Initially, my process was very manual, but it improved as I adopted more specialized tools. Now, Insights Hub truly excites me! 🚀 It simplifies feedback collection and analysis by automating feedback categorization, assessing sentiment, also allowing for custom adjustments. Plus, the Insights Assistant helps handle the feedback volume to spot trends and important insights faster. I can already see some long chats ahead! ✍️

Organising feedback from multiple sources is a challenge, but what I find particularly interesting about the tool is the Insights Assistant, because it answers the important questions directly and thus takes over the interpretation and makes it easier to develop a user-driven product. Good Job :D

Hi Kamil, Congrats on launching Insights Hub! Centralizing user feedback and extracting meaningful insights sounds incredibly valuable. How has the feedback been from your early users so far?
Kamil Rejent
@alex_dulub Thanks a lot! The feedback so far has been positive, but more importantly, we already received a lot of suggestions for improvements (some implemented before launching publicly) and new features - which means users are not simply kind but do see the value and want to shape its further development. And a few comments were super enthusiastic, which gave us a lot of optimism and confidence.
