Hi Olie, thanks for your comment. Separating noise from real, valuable insights was a big focus for us during the design and beta-testing phases.
👉 First, we use large language models (LLMs). We train the system to concentrate on genuinely important information rather than just what's popular in the dataset.
👉 We also help prevent the "garbage in, garbage out" problem. For instance, when importing conversation data from Intercom, we filter it so that only relevant insights make it into Survicate. Another example is how we handle survey data. The Insights Assistant has access to all your survey results, but when categorizing individual feedback, it focuses only on open-text responses.
👉 Lastly, we invested a lot in the UI and UX. Our interface allows you to explore your feedback efficiently, helping you easily focus on what's important and quickly skip irrelevant trends.
Hey @kamilrejent Very nice! The ability to act on user feedback and run surveys based on it from the same environment is pretty cool. Definitely a great addition to the platform. Does Survicate have any integrations with customer community platforms (to use it as a data source)?
Trying to make sense out of the ocean of user insights we collect could be annoying. We experienced this ourselves at Survicate. We also heard it from our customers.

Great product! Does it integrate with tools like Qualtrics, survey monkey etc to pull through survey results from respondents? The time I've spent trawling manually through research databases - this is an impressive time-saver for researchers!
