Wow, this is exactly what teams need! Wish I'd discovered Teamble earlier – it feels like Lattice got a brain transplant from Culture Amp (but way more intuitive TBH). Finally solves our 360-review struggles AND real-time feedback needs in one place (those things used to give me nightmares lol).
