Teamble AI - Give and get 10X better feedback, unlock your potential
by•
Teamble AI helps give and get 10x better employee feedback throughout the year. Better feedback leads to better learning and higher performance! All seamlessly on Slack and Microsoft Teams!
I love how Teamble 1.0 tackled the no feedback problem, and now 2.0 is taking on lousy feedback, which is the next level of growth! The AI powered coaching sounds like a game changer. How does it adapt to different team dynamics?
Congrats! Seems like not only a positive productivity impact but also a big culture impact as well. How does Teamble help with in person feedback, human-to-human for it to feel personable and real? Or does it act more as an advisor for managers on how to handle these conversations? As someone who has managed people before, the challenge was always in 1-in person difficult convos and 2-providing immediate feedback in context. I found that sending feedback in writing has less of an impact, loss of context and leaves room for misinterpretation.
