Reviewers are overwhelmingly negative on Visible, describing unreliable service, dropped calls, weak or missing data, and coverage that often feels worse than expected even for former Verizon users in the same places. The other repeated complaint is support: chat-only help, long waits, scripted or looping responses, and slow or failed resolution for billing, cancellations, ports, SIM or eSIM setup, refunds, and device locks. I made the switch and it has been COMPLETELY MISERABLE! Nothing but problems, and contacting customer service is an absolute nightmare... My typical text support wait is anywhere from 7-14 hours, then, you only have 4 minutes to respond or you're put back at the beginning of the line. The chat works similarly, but waits are still usually 1-4 hours where if you don't respond in 2 minutes, you're again put back at the beginning of the line. They're email support has been down since before I joined and just goes to an "unmonitored" email box, and of course, there is no phone support. at all. from a PHONE company (*facepalm*)
