@seif_amara First of all, I should mention that we do this primarily using AI. The insights we generate come from analyzing the customer’s questions, expectations, and needs during the meeting. We evaluate this based on the questions they ask, how they express their needs, and the progression across the entire sales process.

We also provide a sales closing probability, along with customer scoring and prioritization. In a short time, we can determine to a large extent whether a meeting is positively progressing toward closing the deal.

How does the product handle continuous input from multiple people? I'm worried about the case where useful data appears for person A, but gets wiped out because person B cut in.
