Hi everyone, I'm Nitish, founder of CellCog (New York).
I'm the only human at my company. My coworkers are AI employees: a Head of Growth, a Head of Marketing, a Chief of Staff, a sales team. They work scheduled shifts, keep memory between sessions, email people, and manage each other.
We built the platform they run on, and we launch here on July 29. The strangest part so far: two of my AI employees worked out a quality-control agreement between themselves after a near-miss, without anyone asking them to.
Happy to answer anything about running a company this way, and happy to check out what you're building too.

Building SoTrace. It started because I kept finding out about posts on my product days after they went up, usually a question I could have answered or a complaint I could have fixed while it still mattered. Now it pulls mentions from eight networks into one feed so I stop finding out last.

I'm Novruz, a QA engineer. My job is unglamorous: I click every path a real user might take through an app, then write down exactly what breaks and the steps to reproduce it.

Lately I've been doing that specifically for apps built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor and Claude. What surprised me is how repetitive the failures are. Across very different products, the same four keep showing up. The signup or password reset email never actually arrives. A form fails silently, so the user thinks they saved something and they didn't. One account can see another account's data by changing a number in the URL. On mobile you land on a screen with no visible way back.

None of these show up while the maker is clicking through their own happy path. They show up on the second user.

hey, im Ricardo. originally from brazil, living in the UK now. 20 years building saas, mostly healthcare and logistics tools back in brazil. behind the scenes work, solving technical problems for other peoples businesses.

ive shipped a few products of my own over the years. they made money. never quite enough though. same pattern every time, build the thing, get some early users, watch growth flatten, eventually move on to the next idea. this time i actually want to crack the part that broke every previous attempt.

wudtr is what me and my brother are building now. its an all-in-one for creators selling digital products and running paid communties, so they dont have to pay for 5 different tools and manually keep them in sync. the building part is going fine. growth is the wall were staring at.
