Introducing Discovery

We ve just shipped OpenClaw support on VibePocket.

OpenClaw is a self-hosted AI agent gateway you can control from chat apps like Telegram (and more). Normally it requires a bunch of setup steps, but with VibePocket, we ve made it simple.

Imagine that you are about to join a startup (before raising funds) as a part-time employee.
You are paid for work (compensation is like in any existing, well-established company in the industry, but you do not have regular employee benefits covering 401 plan, no equity, no health care plan, HO equipment fee, etc.)

You hope that after raising funds, you will become a full-time employee and receive benefits.

little bit of a delay with letting you know about the most recent update V1.8 (released on 10/2/26): there has been a few notable additions such as the TileMap mode move tool and there is also now a randomized fill tool for when you have more than tile selected in multi select mode on the tilemap pallete allowing you to quickly create irregular designs where required.
There has also been a new addition of an optional touch based gesture: three finger tap to reset pan. i noticed when i was working on larger maps it could sometimes take a while to get back to the origin position and regain your grounding.
There has also been a new app icon - partially to better represent the apps design abilities showing a top down and 2D perspective within the same image (see below)

Future update plans:
While i continue to battle getting the app seen, i try not to lose spirit with continued development and i have been thinking about allowing the user to choose if they want to use iCloud to sync their project from iPad to desktop allowing a truly seamless workflow from on the go, to the desk

We re 5 days out from launching Rover on Product Hunt (our embeddable web agent that can click + fill + navigate inside your product UI).

But Rover isn t the only thing dropping.

Building @Tonkotsu has taught us many lessons in product design, with both the underlying technology and user behavior shifting rapidly.

One of the hardest but most critical lessons we ve learned is about calibrating the zoom level how close or far the user feels from the work. You can see examples of this play out across the industry:

• Codex gets flak for going heads-down for too long compared to Claude. Users feel too zoomed out from the work.

• By contrast, Cursor and IDEs are starting to feel too zoomed in. When the majority of code is written by agents, an editor-first UI is a misfit.

For me, the first day of a new year feels like the opening step of a long journey. So instead of rushing into productivity, I chose to begin 2026 by taking care of both my body and my inner world.

Whether you work remotely or on-site, and who you work with, may not be the most important thing.
What really matters is how you handle the situation.

Personally, I find myself quite flexible with both on-site and remote work.
But as an introvert who isn t very strong at communication, I usually prefer working alone rather than in crowded environments and I tend to be more productive that way.

That said, I also realize that a lack of real human interaction can indirectly affect both the process and the final outcome of work.

We re making three frontier open-source models free* on Zo until the end of February. GLM-5, Kimi K2.5, and MiniMax M2.5 are now free to use on Zo. And we ve increased the AI usage limits on our free plan significantly.

We re incredibly excited about recent progress in open-source models. Three labs dropped big releases just weeks apart, ahead of the highly anticipated DeepSeek R2. These open models are quickly catching up to closed models like ChatGPT and Claude, which are much more expensive.

I m Lili, one of the Engineers at Warp who built Oz an orchestration platform for cloud agents.
Oz helps devs run coding agents at scale safely with orchestration, observability, a unified local <> cloud experience.
I worked on setting up our cloud environments with all the tools agents need to run code (there is a lot to unpack here, getting cloud agents to work on arbitrary base docker images was more challenging than you might think!), surfacing agent runs and artifacts like PRs and plans in our desktop and web apps, and integrating the Oz agent directly into GitHub actions.
Building with and on top of Oz has been so much fun. The platform is incredibly flexible, and the primitives we ve built unlock a whole new level of experimentation and automation.

I continue building UI pages for my email marketing platform using AI, and I wondered if AI generated UI designs are good enough for production apps?

They seem to work great on mobile devices and desktop screens. They load fast. They behave normally. I m personally perfectly fine and happy to use them in production, but what is your opinion? Am I missing something? Should I be worried about using them in production?
To build UI I use Lovable and Google Stitch. I go feature by feature, and for each feature I create a separate Git branch. This way I m more careful that one update does not break my entire website.
P.S. The attached screenshot is a work in progress design that I created using Google Stitch for the Email Automation and Sequencing feature.

Claude just launched Claude Opus 4.6 . This is Claude s newest and most capable model so far. It s designed for deep reasoning, long-running agent workflows, and large codebases, with a 1M token context window in beta and stronger planning and code understanding.
